The 2024-2025 wrestling season is upon us. With this new season brings new fiscal challenges for our Edison Charger Wrestling program. Therefore, your Edison Chargers are actively working to raise funds, in additional ways, for this upcoming season.
The program itself is in need of some immediate updates in order for us to compete and be successful. Some of our immediate needs for fundraising are new wrestling mats, training aids and essential equipment. Additionally, the costs of coaching and supplemental coaching is a big financial responsibility that needs to be addressed immediately moving forward.
Edison Wrestling now has a Donation Board/Plaque that will be proudly and prominently displayed within the wrestling room. The Board/Plaque will display the name(s) of the donors and which level of sponsorship they reached.
This Donation Board/Plaque sponsorship opportunity will help offset the anticipated costs this season and affords these wrestlers the opportunity to compete and succeed. It will promote an environment better suited for a winning tradition, which we are all excited to bring back to the Edison Wrestling program.
All donation/sponsorship proceeds will go directly to the wrestling program, will help individual wrestlers and whatever other costs the program incurs. We need 100% support from our Alumni, but more importantly, we need 100% support from our amazing Community. Please help us so we can give these young wrestlers the tools to prosper and keep growing this program into a strong, exciting and winning program we all know it can be.
