Edison’s Strength Training Weight Room

Edison High School has a state of the art strength training weight room for Charger student athletes to utilize. Fully equipped HAMMER STRENGTH POWER equipment weight room, with: Complete Hammer Strength custom EDISON emblazoned weights and equipment

There are:

• Eight individual Squat and Bench Power Rack stations
• TWELVE power clean platforms, with over 4,100 lbs of Olympic bumper weights
• Over 15,000 pounds of custom Edison Charger emblazoned free weights, ranging from 2.5lbs to 45lb rubber coated plates.
• 3,220 pounds of Hammer Strength dumbbells
• 32 45lb Olympic Barbells
• 15 35lb Training Barbells
• Assorted Battle ropes, kettlebells, slam balls, plyo-boxes, Olympic gymnastic rings, TRX training strap system, and cardio equipment.
• Climate controlled air conditioning, full surround Sony Stereo system
